All of our products are sourced from vendors in the US, Europe, and Asia, and some of our products are hand-crafted, made-to-order items which can add extra time. Processing orders can take from 2-7 days, and delivery can take between 1-3 weeks. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time. We cannot guarantee delivery times, and during high-volume periods, on very rare occasions, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. If your order has not arrived in 8 weeks, you will be eligible for a full refund.
